Several Logan County roads will be under construction beginning Saturday as crews apply a surface treatment designed to extend the life of the pavement.
The Logan County Engineer’s Office says Pavement Technology, Inc. is scheduled to begin applying Reclamite surface treatment on August 22, weather permitting.
The work will take place on:
- County Road 118
- County Road 142
- County Road 235
- County Road 235A
Construction is expected to take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day.
Sections of the roads will be closed to all but local traffic as the work progresses.
Drivers are asked to use alternate routes and use caution when traveling through the construction areas.
The Reclamite treatment is designed to seal the road surface and help extend the life of the pavement.
The Engineer’s Office says it appreciates motorists’ cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience during the work.
