There are lots of places around Logan County that help those in need, including help with food.
In Bellefontaine you can find:
- Second Harvest Food Bank Mobile Pantry will be at the Logan County Fairgrounds on Saturday, November 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a Holiday Giveaway. On Wednesday, November 22 from noon to 1:00 p.m. the Second Harvest Food Bank Mobile Pantry will be at Community Health & Wellness Partners located on 212 East Columbus Avenue. - Lutheran Community Services (Our Daily Bread) recently moved to a new location and is now located at 820 West Sandusky Avenue. Open Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Our Daily Bread offers dine-in and carry-out meals. You can pick up sack lunches (including breakfast) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or eat a warm meal from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Emergency food services are also offered, Director Kim Collum, talks about food boxes offered at Lutheran Community Services:

- St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Patrick Catholic Church is located at 316 East Patterson Avenue. This food pantry is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to noon and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Patrick Catholic Church accepts donated items and monetary donations, as well as volunteers regardless of church affiliation.
