The Logan County Engineer’s Office has announced that county crews will commence chip sealing on County Road 10 on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

Work will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The chip sealing will affect two segments of County Road 10: from Zanesfield to Township Road 180, and from U.S. Route 33 to County Road 55.

During this time, only emergency and local traffic will be allowed, with flaggers present to manage the flow.

Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible.

Residents are reminded to exercise caution while traveling through the work area, as the loose stone will be present for several days, creating an unmarked no-passing zone.

All scheduling is contingent upon weather conditions, and the Logan County Engineer’s Office appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation during this construction project.
