The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) has announced upcoming construction projects that will affect several state highways in Logan County, beginning Monday, April 14.
All work is weather-dependent.
New Impacts:
- U.S. 33 Lane Restrictions: Expect lane restrictions on U.S. Route 33 between State Route 540 and State Route 117 starting Monday. Crews will be resurfacing the road through July. Traffic will be maintained with one lane in each direction from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Continuing Projects:
- State Route 273: Lane closures remain in place between Oakridge Drive and Shady Lane. The road is reduced to one lane with traffic controlled by a temporary signal. This bridge replacement project is scheduled to continue through July 18th.
Upcoming Closures:
- State Route 47: Beginning Monday, April 21, State Route 47 will close between County Road 35 and Township Road 21A for approximately 45 days. Crews will be repairing a concrete bridge deck. The closure is expected to last through May 2025. Detour: North State Route 235 → West State Route 274 → Main St/State Route 65

Crews from the Logan County Highway Department will repair a culvert on County Road 32, between County Road 13 and County Road 130, on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. through Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
The roadway will remain closed to all traffic during the repairs with no overnight closures expected.
