A Marysville woman was arrested Wednesday evening after police say she was driving impaired in Washington Township.
According to the Washington Township Police Department, officers stopped 34-year-old Valerie Blake just before 6:00 p.m. on State Route 235 near State Route 720 for a marked-lanes violation.
Police say Blake showed several signs of impairment and admitted to drinking before the traffic stop.
She then performed field sobriety tests, which she failed.
Blake was placed under arrest and taken to the Logan County Jail, where she submitted to a breath test.
Her BAC registered at .168—more than twice the legal limit.
She was charged with OVI and marked lanes and was lodged in jail.
