The Graham Local Schools Board of Education met in regular session Tuesday evening, marking the district’s first meeting of 2026.
The meeting included the board’s annual organizational matters, with Leslie Maurice continuing as board president, a role she also held in 2025. Tony Kite was selected as vice president, stepping into the position after being nominated by former vice president Karyl Strader.
Superintendent Chad Lensman addressed the board regarding a resolution tied to insurance payments and also spoke on three key goals for the district in 2026, focusing on continued progress and stability.
In other business, the board accepted a $350 donation from the Kiwanis Club of Champaign County to support the Real Money, Real World program at Graham Middle School.
The board also approved Casey Rowe and Timothy Rowe as volunteers.
The next regular meeting of the Graham Local Schools Board of Education is scheduled for February 16 at 5:30 p.m.
