Todd Taylor, 26, of Bellefontaine, was westbound on US-33 when he went off the right side of the roadway.
Returning to the roadway his vehicle overturned once, then traveled into the median where his car came to a final rest.
Taylor was transported by Careflight to the Ohio State University Wexner Center for serious injuries.
His condition is unknown at this time.
According to Logan County Sheriff Deputies, the cause of the crash was medical-related.
