Bellefontaine Police Officers were on patrol Thursday night on Detroit Street when they saw Christina Cox, 39, of Bellefontaine riding a bike.
Officers ran her through the LEADS database, finding that she had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
They informed her of her warrant and placed her under arrest.
Officers searched her bag and found a glass container that had a crystal-like substance inside.
Cox was transported to the Logan County Jail.
She was charged with failure to appear and possession of drugs.
The male with her, William Dickinson, of Bellefontaine, also had an active warrant for his arrest.
Officers arrested Dickinson and asked if he had anything illegal on him.
He mentioned there could be some methamphetamine in his book bag.
Officers searched the bag and found a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine and a black scale.
After searching Dickinson they found a latex glove inside his front pants pocket, which had methamphetamine inside.
He was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail where he was charged with failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance.
