Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies clocked a vehicle traveling nearly 90 miles per hour early this morning on US 33 near the County Road 10 exit.
Deputies initiated a traffic stop and spoke with the driver, 20-year-old Jarrod Stratmoen of Miamisburg. While Stratmoen looked for his proof of insurance, deputies spotted a multi-colored glass pipe with burnt residue on it.
Deputies retained Stratmoen and conducted a probable cause search of his vehicle, where they found 4 tobacco vapes, a packaged vape cartridge, and a white container labeled as cannabis.
Stratmoen was cited for speed and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
