Tuesday afternoon, Bellefontaine Police were called to the Hi-Point Eagles on reports of a suspicious male.
Upon arrival, Devon Miller, 24, at large, was found in the parking lot showing signs of intoxication.
Miller reportedly used vulgar language and became aggressive toward officers as they tried to speak with him.
When a female officer arrived on the scene Miller immediately focused his attention on her and quickly approached, attempting to grab her.
The officer raised her arms to protect herself while another officer restrained Miller, placing him in handcuffs.
Witnesses explained that Miller had been asked to leave the property multiple times but refused.
Miller had previously been warned to avoid the premises due to his behavior.
He was ultimately arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct then transported to the Logan County Jail.
