Charles Morris Jr., 48, of Milford Center, was arrested Tuesday evening.

A caller dialed 911 and before the call was disconnected they could hear a possible hostile man in the background.

Dispatchers sent Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies to the Mountain Top RV Park in Zanesfield.

When they arrived on the scene, the vehicle in the driveway was reportedly registered to Morris.

Dispatch also told deputies that Morris had a warrant out of Union County for his arrest.

As deputies approached the trailer, they could hear a man and woman arguing.

The victim stepped out of the home and told officials that she and Morris were just having a disagreement.

Morris then came out and spoke to deputies, telling them the same story.

When Deputies informed Morris of his warrant, he retreated inside and shut the door.

Deputies on the scene demanded that he come outside, and he refused.

After several attempts to coax Morris from the trailer, he finally came out and surrendered to deputies.

He was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail.

Morris was lodged on his warrant and charged with obstructing official business.
