The Logan County Family Court swore in a new magistrate Monday.
Elizabeth Mosser, from Marysville, was sworn in by Judge Natasha Kennedy with her family by her side.
Mosser brings 10 years of law experience to the bench, ranging from family law, and appellate work, she got to argue in the supreme court, and much more.
