The Dr. Sloan Library lawn was filled with music and community spirit during the Annual Jazz on the Lawn & Ice Cream Social.
Students and alumni from Benjamin Logan Schools shared their talent, creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who came out.
This year’s group included Austyn Randall, a Benjamin Logan High School senior on drums, and alumni Harry Stratton, Evan Wall, and Bri Sliker.
Guests enjoyed ice cream, good conversation, and live music.
“We’re always thankful when students and alumni share their music,” said Sally Stolly, Benjamin Logan Administrator. “Events like this are about connecting with neighbors and celebrating community.”
The event also featured a Quilt Display & Raffle from The Logan Piecemakers and a Soup, Beans & Cornbread Dinner hosted by the Zane Cabin Restoration Committee at Helen Wonders Blue Memorial Park.
The Mad River Dulcimer Society also performed, adding more music to the day.
