Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office clocked a vehicle traveling southbound on 68 Friday evening going 65 mph in a 55 zone.
It was learned during a traffic stop that the driver, Adam Williams, 37, had a license suspension.
He appeared very nervous while talking to the deputy.
Williams said there wasn’t anything illegal inside the vehicle.
Due to his behavior, the K-9 unit from Bellefontaine was called to the scene.
K-9 Boodik indicated the odor of narcotics in the vehicle.
Authorities located several empty marijuana cigarette tubes, along with one tube that still had a marijuana cigarette in it.
They also found several plastic bags that contained a large amount of suspected THC cartridges and devices.
Nearly $1,500 in cash was also found.
Williams was cited for speed and driving under suspension.
He was arrested for possession of drugs and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
