Officers were on patrol and saw Cacho driving his Ford pickup with a tail light out.

He was stopped for the violation on North Main Street.

As officers spoke with him, he was visibly shaking and smelled of marijuana.

Cacho admitted to smoking marijuana in the vehicle earlier in the day and admitted to having a small amount of it inside the truck.

Officers then conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana, a straw containing white residue, a marijuana bong, and methamphetamine in a wallet.
