The Logan County Grand Jury handed down indictments against multiple individuals during its May session.

The following is a list of those indicted, along with their charges:

Jeromy J. Miller

  • Rape, a felony of the first degree
  • Disrupting public services, a felony of the fourth degree
  • Domestic violence, a misdemeanor of the first degree
  • Aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor of the first degree

Joseph L. Clifford

  • Trafficking in cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree (3 counts)
  • Possession of cocaine, a felony of the first degree
  • Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the second degree (2 counts)
  • Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree (2 counts)
  • Possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree

Jonathan W. Clark

  • Tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree
  • Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree

Quinten J. Turner
