A two-vehicle crash just outside of Huntsville earlier this week resulted in no injuries, according to a crash report.

Tuesday, shortly before 3:30 PM, near the intersection of US 33 and County Road 37, a 2023 Ford F-150, driven by 53-year-old Brian Neeley of Bellefontaine, was traveling southeast on US 33 when it was hit by a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado.

That vehicle was driven by 74-year-old Gregory Luzader of Huntsville, who was traveling westbound on County Road 37.

Investigators say Luzader failed to yield at a stop sign and entered the intersection, where the collision occurred.

No injuries were reported for either driver.

Luzader was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.

And, Dustin Randall, 42, of Belle Center, was cited for failure to control after his 2010 Toyota Tundra traveled off Township Road 56 just outside Bellefontaine, around the same time.

His vehicle struck a utility pole.

A health condition may have been a factor in the crash.

The truck was towed from the scene.

The roadway was closed for a few hours while the Logan County Electric Cooperative replaced the power pole.

Emergency crews responded to two separate crashes Tuesday afternoon, with no injuries reported in either incident.

Both accidents occurred around 3:30 p.m.

The first was a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. 33 and County Road 37, just outside Huntsville.

The crash was handled by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Huntsville Volunteer Fire Department.

The incident slowed traffic in the area for a period of time.

The second crash happened on Township Road 56 on the outer edge of Bellefontaine.

Logan County Sheriff’s deputies and the Bellefontaine Fire Department responded to that scene.

A truck went off the roadway and struck a Logan County Electric Cooperative power pole, causing a temporary power outage in the area.

The roadway was closed until the damaged pole could be replaced.
