According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, a minor crash happened Saturday shortly before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Township Road 221 and US 33.
Stephen Norviel, 71, of Huntsville, was driving a 2011 Buick LaCrosse and stopped at the intersection.
As he began to make a right-hand turn onto US 33, he was rear-ended by a 1992 Mazda MX-5 driven by Michael Cox, 20, of Lima, who was traveling westbound on US 33.
No injuries were reported.
Norviel was issued a citation for failure to yield.
