Bellefontaine Police were dispatched to Mary Rutan Hospital on Tuesday evening.
Hospital security contacted the police because Aimee Nolan, 44 of Bellefontaine, was acting erratically.
Security told officers that Nolan had been arguing with imaginary people and even a microwave that was located in the ER waiting room.
Nolan informed officers that she was waiting for someone to pick her up and pointed to what she believed was a blue Mustang in the parking lot when it was actually a silver SUV.
She was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail for Public Intoxication.
