The City of Urbana will be conducting asphalt repair work Tuesday, October 6, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at two locations in the city.
North Main Street/U.S. Route 68 just north of Dellinger Road will be reduced to one lane while crews repair an asphalt bump that has developed in the roadway.
Once that work is completed, crews will move to Patrick Avenue/State Route 54 near the entrance to the cemetery. The roadway will also be reduced to one lane with flaggers while the work is completed.
Motorists should expect changing traffic patterns and possible delays while crews are working in these areas.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution, follow directions from flaggers and allow extra time when traveling through the affected areas Tuesday.
