County Road 32 closed for repair; Other road work

According to the City of Bellefontaine, County Road 32 is closed to through traffic between State Route 47 and County Road 13, Monday through Friday.

The closure will be in effect daily from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. while city crews complete roadway repairs.

Access is being maintained for residents in the area, but all other traffic is asked to avoid the section and use alternate routes.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is also reminding drivers that several construction projects will continue to affect state routes in Logan County this week.

All work is weather permitting.

Continuing Impacts

  • State Route 47 — Lane restrictions remain in place between County Road 35 and Township Road 21A from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through September 2025. Crews are completing final details on a bridge replacement project.
  • State Route 273 (U.S. 68 to Union/Logan County line) — Intermittent single-lane closures are expected weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. through September. Flaggers will direct traffic while repaving work continues.
  • State Route 274 (U.S. 68 to Sandusky Street) — Drivers should expect one-lane traffic at times from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. through September as crews repave the roadway. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
  • State Route 292 (Hamilton Street to State Route 47) — Intermittent lane closures will continue from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. through September for resurfacing. Flaggers will manage traffic.
  • State Route 273 (Oakridge Drive to Shady Lane) — This section will remain reduced to one lane through October. A temporary traffic signal is in place as crews replace the bridge.
