ODOT reports ongoing construction in Logan County

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports several ongoing construction projects that are expected to affect state highways in Logan County this week.

Continuing Impacts:

  • State Route 47 Lane Restrictions – Lane restrictions are in place on State Route 47 between County Road 35 and Township Road 21A from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., through September. Crews are completing final work from the bridge replacement project.
  • State Route 292 Closure – State Route 292 between County Road 10 and Township Road 141, as well as State Route 292 between West Foundry Street and State Route 296, will be closed through Friday, October 3, for culvert replacements.
    • Detour: State Route 292 → State Route 540 → U.S. 33
  • State Route 273 Lane Closure – State Route 273 between Oakridge Drive and Shady Lane will be reduced to one lane through October. Traffic will be maintained with a temporary traffic signal while crews replace the bridge.

ODOT reminds drivers to slow down in work zones and allow extra travel time when navigating these areas.
