The Division of State Fire Marshal’s Ohio Fire Academy will celebrate the graduation of its EMT class on Friday morning at 11 o’clock in Reynoldsburg.
The graduating class of 19 individuals representing communities across Ohio and Indiana, including Bellefontaine’s Jonathan Downing.
The Ohio Fire Academy’s Cadet Training Program is one of the most challenging in the nation, requiring cadets to complete a rigorous six-week, 166-hour training program to prepare for real-life scenarios.
The Academy’s commitment to excellence is evident in the success of its graduates, who are highly sought after by fire departments across the state.
