One person was transported to the hospital following a crash on Boyce Street in Urbana early Friday morning.
According to the Urbana Fire Division, Urbana Battalion 1 and Engine 1 were dispatched at 6:03 a.m. to a motor vehicle crash in the 100 Boyce Street between North Main Street and North Locust Street.
The vehicle was found in a ditch on its side and was smoking, according to dispatch notes.
Urbana Fire and EMS transported one person to Mercy Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area and use caution during their morning commute.
No further information has been released.
