Indian Lake will soon mark the one-year anniversary of the devastating tornado that impacted the community on March 14, 2024.
In honor of the resilience shown by local residents, Indian Lake School is inviting the community—especially first responders—to a special breakfast at Indian Lake High School on March 14 at 9 AM.
The event will serve as a moment of gratitude, recognizing the collective efforts that have contributed to the recovery process, with a particular emphasis on the role of first responders.
The breakfast will also highlight personal stories from students and staff who were affected by the storm, along with updates on the changes made to the school’s facilities following the damage.
