Drivers in Logan County should prepare for significant changes to their travel routes due to ongoing construction and road closures.
State Route 235 will be closed between New Street and Mill Street. This closure is expected to last until Thursday, October 10, as railway crews work on the railroad crossing. Motorists are advised to use the following detour: take State Route 29 East to State Route 296 East, then U.S. 68 North to State Route 508 West, returning to State Route 235.
In addition to the closure of State Route 235, crews are also performing resurfacing work on State Route 366. Intermittent lane closures will occur between State Route 117 and Township Road 94 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., continuing through October 31. Traffic will be maintained through a flagging operation.
Similarly, State Route 368 will see intermittent lane closures between State Route 366 and Buckeye Drive during the same hours and dates for resurfacing work. Flaggers will be present to assist with traffic flow.
Residents and travelers are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly and allow extra time for travel during this construction period.
