The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Logan County hosted a special Meet and Greet event recently to recognize its 2025 scholarship recipients.
The gathering celebrated two outstanding local students, Kelley Forsythe and Dylan Vance, who were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship for their academic achievements and Buckeye spirit.
Both graduates of Benjamin Logan High School, Kelley plans to major in Health/Science, while Dylan will study Finance at OSU this fall.
Funds for the scholarships are raised through generous donations and matching contributions from Ohio State.
Each year, names of seniors from Logan County high schools are submitted to the club, and a screening committee selects two recipients based on academic performance, school involvement, community service, and overall excellence.
Organizers described Forsythe and Vance as “very deserving winners” who exemplify the values the club looks for in its scholarship selections.
