Otterbein Green Hills has announced that Nicole Daniels will serve as the new executive director for the senior living community.
She succeeds Mike Ray, who retired at the end of June after 33 years at Green Hills.
The community merged with Otterbein SeniorLife at the end of 2024.
A resident of Indian Lake, Daniels brings eight years of experience from Otterbein’s Cridersville campus.
She began in 2017 as an Independent Living Sales Counselor, was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2020, and joined the leadership team.
In 2023, Daniels became a licensed nursing home administrator and shortly thereafter was promoted to executive director.
Daniels grew up in Bowling Green and holds a bachelor’s degree in education with a marketing focus from Bowling Green State University.
She earned her MBA from Urbana University in 2011.
Throughout her career at Otterbein, Daniels has emphasized quality care, resident engagement, and organizational excellence.
She said she is “Thrilled to have this opportunity to serve as executive director at Otterbein Green Hills, to continue this focus, and to move the strategic direction forward.”
An open house to welcome Daniels is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, from 3 to 6 p.m. in Foundation Hall on the Otterbein Green Hills campus at 6557 U.S. Route 68 South, West Liberty.
The event is open to the public.
