A portion of the 200 block of South Main Street in Bellefontaine, near Brewfontaine, is closed this morning.
Crews from the Bellefontaine Water Department are repairing a water main break.
The street closed around 6 o’clock this morning and will remain closed through the lunch hour, or until the leak has been repaired.
Motorists should avoid the area during the closure to allow crews to safely complete the work.
You are reminded that in addition to being unsafe for drivers and work crews, going around road-closed barricades is illegal. Any driver who ignores these traffic control devices may be subject to citation.
