Ridgemont Superintendent Congratulates Students

“I was proud to be a part of the Ridgemont School as I walked through the Hardin County Fair and saw many of our students and their families everywhere. I was told Ridgemont students are a large part of the fair exhibitors but I had no idea how large.  Every show, barn, performance, county food concession stand, I saw Ridgemont students, parents, or community members, working hard. You know your district has amazing students when you see them continuously at the county fair. Needless to say, I am looking forward to next year’s fair and watching students and the Ridgemont community represent again.  Ridgemont, be proud of your youth’s participation in the fair, that is where success comes from.” – Superintendant Brian Hogan

At Monday’s Ridgemont Board of Education meeting, the district recognized and congratulated all Ridgemont students who exhibited at the Hardin County Fair. Numerous students from Preschool to Seniors, including 4-H, Art Projects, Scouts, and FFA members were in royalty, shows, showmanship, classes, and working hard throughout the week. Ridgemont Senior, Kaelyn Saylor was recognized by the board and congratulated for being selected as the Hardin County Fair Queen.

The school is excited to announce students will once again be hosting the Senior Citizen Luncheon this year on Thursday, December 7th at Noon. More information will be shared soon.

The students enjoyed a fun week of school spirit during Homecoming week. Congratulations to Homecoming Queen, Jayda Dondrea, Homecoming King, Hayden Shoffner, and the Homecoming Court. Congratulations to the Football Team on their Homecoming win over Crestline.
