A 43-year-old man has been indicted by the Logan County Grand Jury on multiple serious charges stemming from a domestic violence investigation.
According to court records, Dennis Riley was indicted last Tuesday and is facing the following charges:

Domestic Violence (M1)

Strangulation (F3)

Attempted Murder (F1)

Firearm Specification, which carries a mandatory three-year prison sentence if convicted
Riley was arrested one week after the indictment and is currently being held in the Logan County Jail.
Washington Township Police say the charges stem from an investigation that took place over an extended period of time. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the case.
Court records show Riley was arraigned on Friday, January 16, where he entered a plea of not guilty. His bond has been set at $1 million cash or surety.
A pretrial conference is scheduled for March 16 at 1:30 p.m., with a jury trial set for April 6 at 8:30 a.m. Both proceedings will be held in Logan County Common Pleas Court.
The case remains under investigation, and additional charges are pending.
