Kindergarten registration for Riverside Elementary will be held on Thursday, April 4th, and Friday, April 5th.
Appointment times will start at 8 AM.
The screening process will approximately take one and a half hours to complete.
You are asked to bring the following documents with you on the day of screening:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Medical history/shot record
- Proof of residence
- If applicable- Custody papers
Reminder, the cut-off birth date for kindergarten-age students is August 1st, 2019.
This means that your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1st.
Call Mrs. Hershberger at (937)585-5981 extension 4310 to set up a screening time for your child.
This will enable the district to have packets ready for parents to fill out during screening.
