Riverside Elementary is set to hold its Kindergarten registration for the upcoming school year on March 27th and 28th.
Parents and guardians of children who will be 5 years old on or before August 1st are encouraged to take part in the registration process.
In order to complete registration, families are asked to bring the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Medical/Shot Records
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Proof of Residence
To ensure a smooth registration process, parents must call Riverside Elementary at 937-585-5891, ext. 4310 to schedule an appointment time for their child.
