The 200 block of South Main Street in Bellefontaine, between Chillicothe Avenue and Auburn Avenue, will be temporarily closed on Friday morning, from 7 a.m. until approximately 11 a.m. for roadway repairs.
The closure is necessary to allow crews to safely complete the work.
While the street will be closed to general traffic, customers of City Sweets and Creamery at 222 South Main Street can still exit the driveway by using the alley to access South Madriver Street.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area during the closure to help ensure repairs are finished efficiently and safely.
The Bellefontaine Water Department thanks the public for their patience and cooperation during the project.
