On the morning of Monday, April 21st, around 7:40 AM, the Saint Paris Village Administrator, Spencer Mitchell, informed Deputy Tim Morris that one of the Village vehicles had been stolen overnight from their parking lot.
Deputy Morris immediately began an investigation, gathering critical information and filing a detailed report. The stolen vehicle was quickly located and recovered, all within just 5 hours of it being reported and without incident.
