According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Stephen Breeding, 54, of Rushsylvania, was involved in a serious single-vehicle crash on County Road 9 Saturday afternoon.
Breeding was driving a silver 2006 Toyota Scion northeast when, at 4:58 p.m., his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, then re-entered the road and crossed the centerline.
The car then went off the left side of the road before overturning and rolling an unknown number of times, eventually coming to rest on its tires.
Breeding died at the scene.
His body was transported to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office for an autopsy.
The crash remains under investigation by the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.

Saturday, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched shortly before 5:00 p.m. to the 3500 block of County Road 9 after reports of a rollover accident involving one vehicle.
Officials say one person died as a result of the crash.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
Preliminary information indicates that speed may have been a factor in the accident, though the crash remains under investigation.
No additional details have been released at this time.
