A Saturday morning crash in Logan County resulted in heavy vehicle damage, but fortunately, no injuries.

According to a crash report, the accident occurred just after 9:30 a.m. when a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 65-year-old Offitt Harless of Bellefontaine failed to yield the right-of-way after stopping on Township Road 200.

Authorities say Harless entered the intersection and traveled into the path of a 2016 Nissan Frontier driven by 76-year-old Stephen Haddix of West Liberty, who was going southwest on County Road 18.

The two vehicles collided, causing damage that required both to be towed from the scene.

Harless was cited for failure to yield.

Despite the damage to both vehicles, no injuries were reported.

This is the second crash at this intersection in recent days.
