On Monday, Bellefontaine City Schools proudly hosted its annual Senior Signing Day, celebrating the Class of 2025 and their next big steps in life.

The event was part of Logan County’s 3E Initiative, which ensures that each senior is committed to one of three equally honored post-graduation paths: Employed, Enlisted, or Enrolled.

Students officially signed their intent to either enter the workforce, enlist in the military, or enroll in a 2- or 4-year college.

The goal of the 3E Initiative is to support every graduate in finding the future that fits them best—recognizing that college is just one of many valuable options.

Each “E” is celebrated equally, and resources are provided to guide students and families along the way.

The morning featured powerful and inspiring messages from Jason Duff, Founder and CEO of Small Nation, and Ben Vollrath, President and CEO of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce.

Both speakers encouraged students to be bold, take initiative, and lead with confidence as they prepare to make an impact in the world.

Seniors Kaydin Lenhart and Jacob Lunch joined Ken Keller on The Morning Show, talking about their “E”:
