The City of Urbana will be conducting utility dig asphalt restoration work Tuesday, September 29, at several locations throughout the city.
The 500 block of Hagenbuch Street, between Railroad Street and Concord Street, will be reduced to one lane while crews complete the work.
Several other locations will be closed to traffic, including the 500 block of North Jefferson Avenue between Washington Avenue and Maple Street, College Way between Dewey Avenue and Storms Avenue, the 200 block of North High Street between West Church Street and West Court Street, and the 500 block of South Walnut Street between College Street and Hovey Street.
Motorists should expect changing traffic patterns and possible delays while crews are working in these areas.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution, follow posted signs and allow extra time when traveling through the affected areas Tuesday.
