The Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a head-on crash on State Route 235 Tuesday night around 10:00.
Jeremy Myers, 29, of Lakeview, was at the intersection of Township Road 251 and State Route 235 when he made an improper right turn onto 235 and collided head-on with Terry Elder of Belle Center.
Myers was treated and released at the scene. Elder was taken by Indian Lake EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for minor injuries.
Both vehicles sustained disabling damage.
Myers was cited for rules for turns at intersections.
