A man was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence after a single-vehicle crash on County Road 41 near County Road 28 Saturday evening.
Just after 8:00 PM, deputies responded to reports of a vehicle down in a ditch and a man staggering in the roadway.
Deputies found a silver 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in the ditch, and the driver, later identified as Len Gerrietts, 45, of West Liberty, showed several signs of intoxication.
Gerrietts admitted to drinking but refused to specify how much and declined to take field sobriety tests.
He was arrested for OVI and transported to the Logan County Jail, where he also refused further impairment testing.
In addition to the OVI charge, Gerrietts received a citation for failure to control his vehicle.
