According to arrest records, 45-year-old Rustie Smith was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant Wednesday afternoon on one charge of drug trafficking and one charge of drug possession.
Smith is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday at 9 a.m. in a Logan County courtroom before Judge Kevin Braig.
Further details have not been released as the investigation is ongoing.
Smith remains in custody at the Logan County Jail.
