Logan County Sheriff Deputies responded to a crash on County Road 37, outside of Huntsville, Thursday afternoon.
Uriah Goings, 42, of Lewistown, was westbound when he went left of center and hit a car operated by Jarrett Wical, 26, of Bellefontaine.
After striking Wical, Goings continued off the road, struck a ditch and then a fence.
He is suspected to have been under the influence of alcohol and speed may have been a factor in the crash.
According to the crash report, Goings was traveling at an estimated speed of 120 MPH in the 55 MPH zone.
He was transported from the scene by Huntsville EMS to Lima Memorial Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
Wical was treated for minor injuries at the scene by Huntsville EMS.
The crash remains under investigation.
