Summer Enrichment going strong at Bellefontaine High School

For most students in West Central Ohio, summer break is just getting started. But not for the 300 area students who are sitting in classrooms at Bellefontaine High School for the 2025 version of the Summer Enrichment Academy.

The Academy, in its 21st year, is a yearly collaborative effort involving Bellefontaine, Benjamin Logan, and Indian Lake Schools, as well as the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center.

This year’s academy offers 21 classes to area students, providing a dynamic week of learning with hands-on and engaging classes. Themes range from robotics and art to baking and science exploration.

Parents should look for a flyer to come home with their student in March of 2026. The registration deadline is in early April. The registration fee is $70, and scholarships are available. Additionally, students who are on the Free and Reduced Lunch Program have a reduced cost of $25 per student.
