According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle hit a cow Sunday evening on State Route 292.
Deputies say shortly after 6:30 p.m., Mariah Rhodes, 40, of West Mansfield, was traveling northbound when her vehicle hit a cow that was in the roadway.
Rhodes was driving a 2019 Jeep Renegade, which sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene.
The cow died as a result of the crash.
Rhodes was transported to Memorial Hospital in Marysville for treatment of possible injuries and was not issued a citation.
