Three adults were arrested Wednesday after law enforcement executed two search warrants as part of an ongoing drug investigation, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Logan County Joint Task Force, and Bellefontaine Police Department carried out search warrants at two neighboring residences on West Columbus Avenue.
Due to the complexity of the situation, several additional agencies assisted, including the Bellefontaine Special Response Team, the Marysville Tactical Response Team, and K9 units from both the Logan County Sheriff’s Office and the Bellefontaine Police Department.
The warrants were executed simultaneously at 1101 West Columbus Avenue, Apartment B, and 1103 West Columbus Avenue.
Authorities say three adults were taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail on narcotics-related charges.
A juvenile was also taken into custody and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center in Marysville.
Officials say the investigation remains ongoing, and no additional details are being released at this time.
