A two-vehicle crash was reported Monday afternoon at the intersection of County Road 57 and County Road 9, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say the accident occurred just after 3:30 p.m. when a 2010 Chevrolet Colorado, driven by 16-year-old Drake Newland of Ridgeway, was stopped at the intersection on County Road 57.
Newland then pulled into the path of a northbound 2021 Ford F-150 driven by 33-year-old Wayce Varian of DeGraff.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
Newland was cited for a stop sign violation.
The Ford F-150 sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
