A single-vehicle crash on Thursday, December 4, left a 2013 Toyota Highlander heavily damaged after it went off Brush Lake Road in Wayne Township outside of North Lewisburg while traveling east through a curve.
The SUV, driven by 37-year-old Michelle Isaacs, struck multiple trees and overturned into a ditch before coming to rest. No other vehicles were involved.
A 16-year-old passenger, Christina Isaacs, sustained minor injuries and was transported to Union Memorial Hospital for evaluation. The vehicle was later towed due to disabling damage.
Following the investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Michelle Isaacs was charged with operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
The incident remains classified as a single-vehicle roadway-departure crash.
