Thursday is shaping up to be one of the busiest and most family-friendly days at the 2025 Logan County Fair — and there’s a great deal to go with it.
As part of Kids Day, one child under 16 gets in free with a paying adult, so it’s the perfect time to bring the whole family.
Things get rolling bright and early at 9:00 a.m. with the Horse Show in the Horse Arena and the Non-Market Goat Show in the Show Barn.
The Dairy Feeder Basebid Auction follows at 10:00 a.m. in the Dairy Barn.
By noon, the fair is in full swing:
- Youth Pedal Pull at the Grandstand
- Market Goat Show in the Show Barn
- Open Class Goat Show
- Adult Specialty Cake entries open from 12:00–1:00 p.m.
Cake judging kicks off at 1:00 p.m., while Cloverbud Graduation begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Activity Building.
Later in the afternoon, the Born & Raised Sheep Show hits the Show Barn at 3:30 p.m.
Thursday evening features two big draws:
- Rodeo in the Grandstand at 7:00 p.m.
- Dairy Cattle Show in the Show Barn, also at 7:00 p.m.
With animals, competitions, sweet treats, and live action, Thursday’s lineup offers something for everyone.
