Early Monday morning, Cory Treen, 26 of Bellefontaine, was stopped by Bellefontaine Police for not having his tail lights on.
When officers tried to pull him over he ran over a curb, kept going, and then finally stopped parking on another curb.
An officer observed Treen to be intoxicated, and he failed several field sobriety tests.
When his vehicle was searched, 3 small bags of marijuana were found.
Treen was arrested and transported to the Bellefontaine Police Department where he blew a .223 BAC, almost 3 times the legal limit.
He was issued citations for 2 counts of OVI and a tail light violation.
Treen was released to a sober driver.
